All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Par 4 The Course and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

When you create a membership on our Site, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
- All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Members Prize Draw
Monthly members only prize draws will take place at 9pm on the last Friday of each calendar month. Winning member will be notified within 24 hours of the prize draw. Winning member may request a substitute course where they wish to play the fourball, however any agreement to substitute the advertised course will be at the total discretion of Par 4 The Course and subject to the total value of the green fees of the substituted course not exceeding those of the advertised course. If green fees at the winning members substituted course are lower than the advertised course no difference in value will be payable. No cash alternatives. Where an advertised or substituted course has a requirement for guests to be resident in order to play the course, Par 4 The Course is only liable for the green fees portion of the total cost. All other costs including accommodation, caddies or any/all additional costs is the sole responsibility of the winning member.
The winning member of each monthly members prize draw agrees and gives consent to Par 4 The Course to use their name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of the monthly members prize draw on website and Social media accounts. The winning member further agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Par 4 The Course.
Limitation of Liability
Par 4 The Course and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Par 4 The Course and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
